→ Coffee cravings: Over at Frenzy Coffee, the owners are working to get it open by late summer or early fall. It fills the former La Piñata space at 305 B St., Davis.
On Monday, one of the partners, Jozella Yabes, said they are “in the process of our final inspections, and we would like to get that all sorted before we begin our hiring process. … Unfortunately, we have faced hurdles and setbacks over and over again throughout the construction process, and starting this journey during Covid did not help either.”
